Since its founding, the firm has defended insurers in coverage and extracontractual litigation. We also analyze insurance-coverage questions, write insurance-coverage opinions, prosecute declaratory-judgement actions, and advise insurers about their coverage positions. As part of its insurance work, the firm defends insurance agencies and their employees against errors-and-omissions claims.

Mass Tort
The firm has significant experience handling mass-tort litigation. Specifically, the firm served as a regional counsel for a client in the breast implant litigation and the firm currently acts as national counsel for a defendant in the silicosis litigation.
